Bank of America is seeking an experienced IAM leader to transform access controls and entitlement governance across the enterprise. You will translate strategy into measurable governance, roadmaps, and scalable operating models, leveraging analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or access management.
Leadership in IAM transformation within a large org.
Ability to define future-state IAM strategy and roadmaps.
Experience with enterprise access controls, SoD, entitlement governance.
Experience using analytics and automation to improve IAM outcomes.
Experience with IAM dashboards, metrics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IAM transformation from assessment to sustainable ownership.
Define enterprise access controls, SoD, entitlement governance, role engineering.
Modernize SoD design and controls, remediation, and exception management.
Advance RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, JIT, and runtime authorization models.
Establish standards for role engineering, entitlement taxonomy, and permission management.
Define scalable IAM operating models with clear ownership and accountability.
Drive stakeholder adoption across IAM, Security, Technology, and Lines of Business.
