Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to lead design, development, and scalability of enterprise IAM within a Zero Trust framework. You will guide IAM strategy, engineer identity solutions, and ensure secure access across a global environment.

The role requires hands-on IAM expertise (PAM, IGA, SSO/MFA), automation skills in PowerShell/Python/Bash, and strong communication with cross-functional teams. On-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT/cybersecurity.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on IAM experience.
• Deep expertise in Zero Trust and modern IAM principles.
• Extensive experience with IAM technologies (IGA, PAM, SSO/MFA, federation, directory services).
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise IAM solutions (CIAM, PAM, IGA).
• Architect integrations across hybrid, multi-cloud, SaaS environments.
• Serve as SME for PAM platforms including vaulting, session monitoring, and least-privilege models.
• Lead integrations for IGA platforms and automation of lifecycle, role engineering, and access certification.
• Develop automation for provisioning, deprovisioning, and compliance.
