Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. seeks an senior identity engineering leader to own end-to-end IAM strategy, design, and governance. You will drive architecture for IDP, RBAC, and secrets management, while guiding PAM and access controls for AI workloads across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will partner with engineering, security, IT, and compliance teams to enable Zero Trust, SSO, and audit-ready identity programs while translating complex requirements into actionable plans for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in identity engineering, security engineering, or related discipline.
• Hands-on architecture experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven track record leading complex IAM programs from design to production.
• Deep expertise in IAM technologies: LDAP/AD, IDPs, federation, SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0.
• Practical experience with Zero Trust identity models and PAM frameworks.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, IGA tooling, and role lifecycle management.
• Experience with secrets management platforms (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, GCP Secret Manager).
• Experience building access controls for AI workloads, agents, or service accounts at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term IAM strategy, roadmap, and operating model across the enterprise and product ecosystem.
• Assess and mature the current-state IDP architecture and drive toward a scalable design.
• Drive all identity systems toward Zero Trust, secure and frictionless by default.
• Automate the full identity lifecycle beyond traditional IGA joiner-mover-leaver processes.
• Implement and enforce RBAC for human and non-human identities at scale.
• Centralize secrets management across cloud and enterprise environments.
• Design and deliver PAM for admin accounts spanning IT and cloud engineering.
• Collaborate with IT Apps and infrastructure teams to enable SSO across the enterprise.
