Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our IAM initiatives within a Zero Trust Security framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM principles, identity governance, automation, and access controls.

This role requires hands-on experience with PAM tools and IGA platforms, plus scripting for provisioning, de-provisioning, reviews, and compliance reporting. You will collaborate across HR, ITSM, AD/LDAP, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IAM principles, identity governance, automation, and access controls.
• Experience with PAM, IGA platforms, and scripting for provisioning, reviews, and compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud-native IAM services and SaaS identity integrations.
• Ability to communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions with a focus on CIAM, PAM and IGA.
• Deploy and manage PAM tools (Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust) to control privileged access.
• Configure and build custom integrations for IGA platforms (Veza, SailPoint, Saviynt) for lifecycle management and access reviews.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash for provisioning and compliance reporting.
• Integrate IAM with HR, ITSM, AD/LDAP and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Implement identity federation and SSO using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM across hybrid/SaaS.
• Manage non-human identities (service accounts, API keys, machine identities).
• Automate IAM infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Leverage Policy-as-Code (OPA) to enforce access control policies.
• Collaborate with Security Operations on ITDR and detecting anomalous identities.
