Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and scale enterprise IAM within a Zero Trust framework. You will guide IAM strategy, architect across hybrid multi‑cloud and SaaS environments, and mentor engineers while enabling secure, frictionless access globally.

The role emphasizes IAM governance, automation, and strong collaboration with HR, Security, and Cloud teams, with on‑site presence to support cross‑functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands‑on Identity and Access Management experience.
• Deep expertise in Zero Trust and modern IAM.
• Extensive IAM tech experience: IGA, PAM, SSO/MFA, federation, directories.
• Scripting proficiency: PowerShell, Python, Bash.
• Experience with regulatory standards (NYDFS, HIPAA, NIST) and cloud IAM services (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise IAM with CIAM, PAM, and IGA.
• Architect integrations across hybrid, multi‑cloud, and SaaS environments.
• Mentor junior IAM engineers and drive IAM governance and automation.
• Establish identity federation and SSO using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM.
• Collaborate with HR, Security, Infra, Cloud, and Applications teams.
