Job summary

HealthEdge, a leader in healthcare technology, seeks a Senior IAM Manager to own identity and access management across enterprise and cloud environments, including corporate and customer identities. You will lead a global team, guide zero trust architecture, and manage multiple IDP instances.

Responsibilities include driving IAM strategy, PAM, SSO/MFA, and identity governance, while ensuring HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in identity and access management with leadership
• Experience owning multiple IDP instances (Okta, Entra ID, Ping)
• Hands-on IAM design including zero trust, PAM, IAM governance, SSO/MFA
• Experience with IaC-driven provisioning and JIT access
• Strong collaboration with engineering, security, compliance, and stakeholders
• Proven track record in regulated environments (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2)

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a strategic IAM vision aligned with business goals
• Own day-to-day IAM operations across enterprise and cloud environments
• Design and implement zero trust, PAM, IAM governance, SSO/MFA, and RBAC
• Govern multiple IDP instances (Okta, Entra ID, Ping) and lifecycle management
• Lead IaC-driven provisioning and JIT/standing access risk reduction
• Lead a team of 5–7 direct reports within a 10–15 person IAM org
• Coordinate with HR, IT, security, and compliance on IAM deployments
• Ensure HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 audit readiness and ongoing compliance
• Report IAM health and risk to executives and GRC committees
• Drive IAM integration efforts during mergers or acquisitions
• Automate access reviews, onboarding/offboarding, and role transfers
• Plan IAM aspects of new HRIS deployments
