Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking a Staff Engineer, Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead enterprise IAM strategy across products, platforms, and infrastructure. This senior role blends hands-on engineering with strategic influence to advance zero-trust security and governance.

You will design cloud and hybrid IAM solutions, implement RBAC/ABAC, define KPIs, and partner with security, IT, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Identity & Access Management with enterprise scope.
• Experience leading IAM programs from strategy to production in cloud-first/hybrid environments.
• Expert knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess IAM environment and develop strategy across products, cloud, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Lead IAM initiatives as part of zero-trust strategy and align with security objectives.
• Architect and design cloud-based identity governance, access management, authentication, authorization, and directory solutions.
• Implement RBAC and ABAC workflows for onboarding, changes, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with engineering and IT teams to ensure least privilege and risk-based access controls.
• Serve as senior advisor to security, IT, and engineering, embedding IAM in security architecture.
• Establish KPIs, KCIs, KRIs for IAM visibility and risk.
• Design IAM solutions supporting SOX, GxP, and regulatory standards.
• Lead large IAM programs from strategy to deployment and optimization.
• Evaluate emerging IAM technologies and translate requirements into technology-agnostic solutions.
