Moveworks is hiring a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to design and implement IAM initiatives across cloud infrastructure, SaaS apps, and internal systems. You will own end‑to‑end IAM programs, from requirements to automated production rollout, focusing on secure, scalable access controls.

You will develop robust access models, reduce privilege sprawl, and improve access reviews with measurable security impact while collaborating with engineering teams to enable fast, safe delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation‑first mindset with production‑ready scalable software and IaC.
• Strong grasp of IAM best practices, least privilege, auditability, and risk mitigation.
• BS+ in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive IAM end‑to‑end projects, from requirements to rollout and operationalization.
• Develop secure access models across cloud and internal systems to reduce privileges and automate grants.
• Build observable logging/metrics in SIEM and deliver repeatable access‑review reporting.
• Design and improve processes for user access reviews (UAR) to meet compliance with minimal burden.
