Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to enhance and support enterprise IAM platforms, including Ping Identity, LDAP solutions, and authentication technologies in a 24x7 environment.

The role covers administration, troubleshooting, automation, and on-call support for SSO, MFA, directory services, and related infrastructure, with opportunities to apply AI-driven automation and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products, LDAP and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory or other enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows platforms.
• 3+ years of automation with PowerShell, Python, Shell or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms including PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, Ping DaVinci, and Risk-Based Authentication.
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless and Passkeys solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Manage LDAP directory services (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli Directory Server).
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, service accounts and directory consolidation.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for IAM, SSO, MFA, LDAP.
• Monitor, diagnose, resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and remediation.
• Support DR exercises, upgrades, patching, and readiness testing.
• Collaborate with infra, network, security, and app teams on load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS, proxy issues.
• Leverage scripting and automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Apply AI-assisted automation and self-service enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks.
