Qualificações

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity, LDAP, and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic, Ping Directory, or similar enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years with Linux and Windows platforms.
• 3+ years with PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based automation.
• Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Ping Identity platforms and MFA/SSO.
• Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Maintain LDAP directories (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, Tivoli).
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support and incident response.
• Automate operational tasks with scripting and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve connectivity and security issues.
