Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support and enhance enterprise IAM platforms, including Ping Identity, LDAP, and authentication solutions. This role covers SSO, MFA, directory services, and related infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.

You will drive automation, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure access and high availability across systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP technologies.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic or enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows platforms.
• 3+ years of automation with PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA).
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkeys solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Maintain LDAP directory services (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE).
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, service accounts, and directory consolidation.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotations.
• Monitor, log analyze, and perform root-ccause analysis and remediation.
• Assist with disaster recovery, upgrades, and patching.
• Collaborate with infra, network, security, and app teams on load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS, proxies.
• Utilize scripting/automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Leverage AI-assisted automation and self-service capabilities.
• Maintain runbooks and technical docs, stay current with IAM tech.
