Ladders seeks a Senior IAM Engineer focused on Ping Identity and Directory Services to join a leader in healthcare. You will enhance enterprise IAM, authentication, federation, and directory operations across teams.

This remote US-based role provides on-call IAM support, automation, and incident response, with 24x7 coverage for critical services. Strong experience with SSO/MFA, SAML/OAuth, LDAP, and Radiant Logic is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years of LDAP technologies experience.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS) or similar LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years Linux and Windows experience.
• 3+ years automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting in authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support identity and access management platforms and related authentication solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Resolve authentication and authorization issues involving SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.
• Install and maintain LDAP directory services and support application integrations.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support for IAM services.
• Perform proactive monitoring and incident resolution for IAM platforms.
• Utilize scripting and automation tools to streamline operational processes.
