Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support and enhance enterprise IAM platforms, including Ping Identity and LDAP services. You will administer SSO, MFA, and related infrastructure in a 24x7 environment, troubleshooting, automating, and improving operational processes.

The role requires extensive IAM experience, hands-on work with Ping Identity products, Radiant Logic, and LDAP technologies, plus strong scripting skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years of experience with Ping Identity products, LDAP technologies, and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory, or other enterprise LDAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ping Identity platforms including PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, and related tools.
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, and Passkeys.
• Troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Manage LDAP directories (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, Tivoli).
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotations.
• Monitor, diagnose, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
