This remote US-based role provides on-call IAM support, automation, and incident response, with 24x7 coverage for critical services. Strong experience with SSO/MFA, SAML/OAuth, LDAP, and Radiant Logic is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years of LDAP technologies experience.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS) or similar LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years Linux and Windows experience.
• 3+ years automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting in authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support identity and access management platforms and related authentication solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Resolve authentication and authorization issues involving SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.
• Install and maintain LDAP directory services and support application integrations.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support for IAM services.
• Perform proactive monitoring and incident resolution for IAM platforms.
• Utilize scripting and automation tools to streamline operational processes.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior IAM Engineer - Ping Identity and Directory Services to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on supporting and enhancing enterprise identity and access management capabilities across authentication, federation, and directory services environments. The engineer will partner closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure reliable access management, strong authentication controls, and stable directory operations. This position also plays a key part in automation, incident response, and 24x7 operational support for critical IAM services.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,605 – $284,280 annually

Responsibilities
