Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to design and implement enterprise-scale IAM solutions with emphasis on M&A integration. You will manage SSO, lifecycle governance, and access controls across hybrid environments, partnering with Security, IT Ops, HR, and Dev teams.

You will implement secure access patterns, RBAC, and least-privilege policies while applying Zero Trust concepts and modern DevOps practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years IAM engineer experience with enterprise-scale solutions and M&A projects preferred.
• Strong command of AD, Entra ID, LDAP, and Group Policy management.
• Extensive knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM standards.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Python for automation and lifecycle mgmt.

Mansioni

• Lead IAM workstreams for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures; consolidate IdPs into a unified SSO.
• Design cross-domain authentication and federation strategies for migrations with tight timelines.
• Develop scalable IAM solutions (SSO, LCM, IGA, PAM) and automate workflows.
• Implement IaC principles for IAM platform configuration and management.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) with auditable access records.
