Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to design, deliver, and support its IAM strategy across cloud platforms, including Entra, OCI, and GCP. You will administer identities, manage access, and drive improvements while mentoring juniors and collaborating with IT teams.

The role emphasizes on-call readiness, security best practices, and staying current with IAM trends. Remote-friendly across the U.S., with a strong focus on enterprise authentication and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/MIS or related field required.
• 4+ years of identity and access management experience.
• Expert knowledge in IAM areas: cloud-based identity, SSO, federation, PAM, PKI, MFA.
• Hands-on with Entra, OCI, GCP, Ping and ServiceNow.
• Strong scripting skills and familiarity with Windows/Linux.

Responsibilities

• Verify and ensure performance and stability of IAM applications (Ping, SailPoint ISC, Entra, GCP, OCI, OpenText, ServiceNow).
• Administer identity and access in enterprise cloud platforms; maintain, troubleshoot, enhance, and plan IAM services.
• Provide 24x7 support and participate in on-call rotation; mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support Dev, Test, and QA; design and test enhancements.
• Research and resolve access-related issues; communicate IAM processes and solutions clearly.
