Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Sr. Security Engineer I to boost the security posture across enterprise and cloud environments, with a focus on Identity and Access Management. You will design, deploy, and operate IAM/IGA solutions, lead incident response, and help shape security documentation.

Requires strong IAM/IGA experience, cloud proficiency, and the ability to balance tactical fixes with long-term value. This is a remote role with multiple openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 4+ years as a security engineer in an enterprise environment across multiple security disciplines.
• Experience with IAM, authentication/authorization, and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Enhance security posture across enterprise, cloud, and applications with IAM focus.
• Design, build, and operate security solutions; leverage data to improve posture.
• Lead incident response and remediation efforts; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Draft and refine security documentation (policies, standards, SOPs).
• Collaborate with teams to align security solutions with business needs.
