Job summary

New Era Technology, LLC. is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support enterprise Identity and Access Management across a mature hybrid and multi-cloud environment. You will manage Azure AD, PIM/JIT, MFA, and SSO implementations while guiding governance and automation efforts.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IAM, strong federation experience, and a background in regulated industries. This is a full-time, hybrid role with collaboration across Security, Cloud, DevOps, and Audit teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management preferred.
• 4+ years Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD experience preferred.
• 3+ years Azure RBAC, privileged access or cloud access governance preferred.
• Hands-on enterprise federation and SSO experience required.
• Financial services or regulated enterprise experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Azure RBAC across subscriptions, groups, and resources.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and hybrid identity.
• Implement PIM/JIT privileged access, MFA, CA, and break-glass procedures.
• Develop identity governance, access reviews, and entitlement inventories.
• Support multi-cloud IAM, ITDR use cases, and SIEM integrations.
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud, DevOps, and Audit teams.
