Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, deliver, and support the IAM program across the enterprise. The role covers integration of new apps, optimization of identity processes, and ongoing risk management. The position requires staying current with IAM best practices and industry trends.

The role includes 24x7 support as needed and participation in an on-call rotation, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and collaborate with IT teams on Dev, Test and QA processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of identity and access management experience.
• Hands-on with enterprise IAM platforms and cloud-based identity solutions.
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, AuthN/AuthZ, REST/SOAP/XML.

Responsibilities

• Verify performance and stability of IAM applications (Ping, SailPoint ISC, Entra, GCP, OCI, OpenText, ServiceNow).
• Administer identity and access in enterprise cloud platforms (configuration, maintenance, policy).
• Support day-to-day operations ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of identity data.
