Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise IAM across on‑premises and cloud environments. This role will serve as the technical authority for IAM architecture, leading initiatives across IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA, while ensuring secure, scalable identity services.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of IAM experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree and IAM/cyber certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or computer science is required.
• 7+ years of IAM or cybersecurity experience with architecture focus.
• IAM or cyber-related certifications are preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Architect, engineer, and support IAM solutions across IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA.
• Own and manage the organization’s identity architecture for cloud and hybrid models.
• Design lifecycle management and access governance processes.
• Lead onboarding/integration of apps into IAM platforms and enforce RBAC.
