Job summary

Pax8, Inc. is seeking an IAM Engineer III in the United States to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions in a cloud-first environment.

You will tackle advanced identity challenges, act as a senior escalation point, and help design, implement, and optimize IAM across multiple platforms and services. You’ll lead incident response, drive automation, and contribute to documentation and training to strengthen the team’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Identity and Access Management in complex environments.
• Experience with modern cloud and workplace platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across large-scale systems.
• Ability to design and support scalable IAM solutions.
• Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Solve advanced identity challenges.
• Act as senior escalation point for IAM and system issues.
• Design and enhance identity solutions across platforms and cloud services.
• Maintain secure, reliable systems with monitoring, patching, and access controls.
