HackerOne is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to lead identity and access management in an AI-first the role, focusing on automating entitlements, review, and anomaly detection across Okta, Lumos, AWS IAM, and enterprise SaaS.

You will partner with Engineering, IT, and Compliance to embed identity controls and improve detection and incident response in a dynamic SaaS environment. This remote role supports multiple U.S. locations and select Europe hubs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of identity and access management or security engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Okta, SAML, OIDC, SCIM and lifecycle automation.
• Experience with cloud IAM (AWS) and enterprise SaaS provisioning.
• Proficient in Python or Go; comfortable with AI tooling.

Responsabilités

• Own the identity lifecycle end-to-end for people, service accounts, and AI agents.
• Design access models based on data classification to enforce least privilege.
• Make time-bound access the default for critical data.
• Engineer identity as code with Okta, Lumos, and AWS IAM.
• Build AI/LLM-powered tooling for entitlement review and anomaly detection.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, and Compliance to embed controls and support incident response.
