Job summary

HackerOne is seeking a Senior Security Engineer in Identity and Access Management to orchestrate the identity lifecycle end-to-end for people, service accounts, and AI agents. You will design data-classification-based access models and automate entitlements, while embedding AI-assisted reviews and continuous anomaly detection.

You will work with Okta, AWS IAM, and related tooling, pushing for least privilege, identity-as-code, and secure collaboration across engineering, IT, and compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, security engineering, or software engineering with substantial ownership of identity systems.
• Hands-on experience operating an enterprise identity provider such as Okta, including SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and lifecycle automation.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS estate (Google Workspace, Salesforce, Workday) including SCIM provisioning and group-driven entitlements.

Responsibilities

• Own the identity lifecycle end to end for people, service accounts, and AI agents with automation for entitlements.
• Design and build access models on top of data classification to enforce least privilege.
• Make time-bound access the default for critical data and implement identity-as-code across systems.
• Develop AI/LLM-powered tooling for continuous access review and anomaly detection.
• Bring non-human identities under the same discipline as human ones and manage workload identities.
