1Password is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to shape identity and access across the organization. You will lead IAM initiatives, improve Okta environments, and expand IaC and AI-enabled workflows within IT. This remote role spans Canada and the US, offering a chance to impact secure access across teams.

You’ll work with IAM, security, and device infrastructure to drive rollout strategies, RBAC, on/offboarding automation, and audit readiness while embracing AI to accelerate workflows.

Competenze

• Experience in IT engineering or systems administration.
• Experience administering an IdP in a production environment.
• Experience applying identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM) to connect applications.

Mansioni

• Operate and improve Okta including tenant configuration, policies, lifecycle management, and complex identity issues.
• Lead IAM initiatives from concept through rollout with RBAC, access reviews, and onboarding/offboarding automation.
• Build safeguards for identity changes to improve auditability.
• Design durable application integrations using SAML, OIDC, SCIM and APIs.
• Partner with IT, Security and Device Infrastructure teams for rollouts and audit/compliance work.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide guidance on identity questions.
