Job summary

HealthEquity Sr IAM Security Engineer is a remote role focused on designing, implementing, and maturing IAM across SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Microsoft Entra, and related tools. You will build AI-enabled automation, governance capabilities, and provisioning workflows while addressing identity lifecycle and access hygiene in a cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years related experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Information Security, IAM.
• Experience with automation, analytics, AI-assisted capabilities within cybersecurity, IAM, or cloud environments.
• Experience using scripting, APIs, and reporting tools to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of IAM solutions using SailPoint ISC, Microsoft Entra, Silverfort, and related IAM technologies.
• Maintain IAM strategies and roadmaps aligned with security, regulatory, and business goals.
• Act as SME for IAM technologies, identity lifecycle, access governance, authentication controls, and integrations.
• Articulate IAM initiatives, risks, and implementation considerations to leadership.
• Develop AI-assisted automation and governance insights to improve IAM operations without bypassing required reviews.
