Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior IAM Information Security Threat Lead in Denver, CO to strengthen identity governance across cloud, AI, and enterprise platforms. You will lead policies, controls and risk assessments in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment.

You will collaborate with cloud, AI, cybersecurity, architecture, product, risk and compliance teams to implement new IAM technologies and ensure regulatory alignment while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Identity and Access Management, information security, cloud security, or related disciplines in a large regulated org.
• Broad IAM principles: authentication, authorization, lifecycle governance, least privilege, Zero Trust.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP IAM capabilities and enterprise integration considerations.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, ML, AI agents, and AI identity risks.
• Experience conducting comparative technology or vendor assessments with fact-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and steer IAM standards, governance models, controls and effectiveness measures for cloud, SaaS, AI environments.
• Lead comparative assessments of IAM across AWS, Azure, GCP and AI platforms.
• Evaluate IAM solutions against business requirements, regulatory expectations and target-state architecture.
• Develop recommendations, roadmaps and reusable IAM patterns for cloud and AI adoption, including identity lifecycle management and privileged access governance.
• Assess identity implications of AI solutions, including AI agents and data sources, with focus on ownership, least privilege and access drift.
• Partner with cloud, AI, cybersecurity, architecture, product, risk and compliance teams to identify gaps and translate needs into actions.
• Monitor IAM market developments and inform IAM strategy, standards, investment priorities and vendor direction.
