Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM, cybersecurity or cloud security in large orgs.
• Proven ability to set direction for IAM transformation and governance.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and token-based auth.
• Experience governing identity across cloud, SaaS, API and hybrid envs.
• Strong written and verbal executive communication and influence.

Responsibilities

• Establish IAM governance and escalation pathways with risk control teams.
• Translate policy and audit requirements into practical controls.
• Provide executive reporting on identity risk and remediation progress.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across GIS, Core Technology, Risk and Audit.
