Bank of America is seeking a senior IAM security leader in Boston to define, operationalize, and modernize enterprise access control across traditional and cloud environments. You will evolve role-based, attribute-based, policy-based, and segregation of duties models while enabling cloud entitlement management and reducing risk.

You will partner with Architecture, Engineering, Cloud Security, IAM Service Catalogue, and business stakeholders to drive modern access models for the bank’s cloud

Qualifications

10+ years of IAM, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or Access Management experience.

Responsibilities

Modernize the segregation of duties design, implementation, controls, and oversight framework.
Modernize enterprise access control capabilities through automation and data-driven insights.
Drive adoption of RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and SOD controls across enterprise and cloud environments.
Lead cloud entitlement visibility, permission analytics, and access lifecycle efficiencies.
Translate technical access concepts into actionable business outcomes for senior leadership.
