Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an IAM Info Security Controls Specialist in Boston to strengthen access management across End User and Application Services. You’ll partner with GIS, GT, CST, and regulators to sustain control health, drive risk reduction, and ensure compliance with IAM standards.

The role requires 5+ years in IAM/IGA, cloud IAM, and proficiency with AD, Entra ID, SailPoint, and reporting tools like Tableau/Power BI. Excellent collaboration and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bank and finance industry hands‑on experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years implementing and governing IAM cloud solutions, controls, and capabilities.
• High proficiency with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), SailPoint, Ping Identity, and connector frameworks.
• Experience supporting identity governance, authorization models, or access control for AI‑enabled platforms and cloud services.
• Familiarity with IAM standards, Zero Trust, and data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, strengthen, and secure IAM systems and risk posture across End User Access Management and Application Services.
• Collaborate with Lines of Business and Technology teams to enhance access control governance.
• Maintain governance programs, regulatory responses, and audit artifacts.
• Design, implement, and scale identity controls supporting AI, machine identities, and digital capabilities.
• Provide QA to validate access control compliance and monitor control health.
• Partner with GIS, GT, CST, Third Party Management, GCOR, internal/external regulators on IAM controls.
