The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IAM, deep expertise in Active Directory, Azure, AWS, Mainframe, Oracle, and SQL, plus RBAC/PAM governance and automation skills (PowerShell, Python).

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IAM experience with a focus on access provisioning across enterprise environments.
  • Deep technical expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Mainframe, Oracle Database, SQL Server, Windows and Unix file systems, and enterprise storage.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and manage access provisioning that enforces least privileged access and compliance.
  • Experience with IAM governance frameworks and RBAC/PAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
  • Automation experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and HR system integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of access provisioning across enterprise platforms.
  • Enforce least privileged access and align with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop access control policies, group structures, and RBAC models for scalable provisioning.
  • Collaborate with owners and infrastructure teams to define access requirements for systems.
  • Drive automation of provisioning and de-provisioning workflows and audits.
  • Conduct access reviews, entitlement audits, and remediation of anomalies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship within IAM team.
  • Stay current with IAM technologies and regulatory changes.
