Cardinal Health seeks a Senior Identity and Access Management Architect to lead enterprise IAM strategy across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will define standards for SSO, IGA, and directory services while guiding M&A identity migrations and cross-domain authentication across Okta, Entra ID, Ping, and legacy directories.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 10+ years in Information Security and IAM.
• 5+ years as Lead/Principal IAM Architect in large org.
• Strong expertise: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM 2.0, FIDO2, Kerberos.
• Experience with IdPs (Entra ID, Okta) and SailPoint/Iga.
• SOX/ HIPAA/ GDPR controls knowledge.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead complex IAM programs in M&A environments.
• Automation and IaC for IAM configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and enforce enterprise IAM standards for SSO, IGA, and directory services.
• Evaluate third-party integration patterns and vendor SoWs.
• Architect hybrid/multi-cloud IAM bridges with AD/ADFS, GCP, AWS, Azure.
• Implement ZSP and JIT access controls using PAM and CIEM.
• Lead IAM workstreams for M&A and divestitures.
• Lead identity discovery, tenant consolidation, and domain migrations.
