Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking a Senior IAM Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise identity solutions across hybrid multi-cloud environments. You will drive M&A identity migrations, enforce ZSP/JIT models, and collaborate with security, IT operations, HR, and application teams to protect critical assets.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in information security and IAM, deep expertise in OIDC, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, FIDO2, and experience with IdPs like Entra

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in Information Security and Identity Management.
• Lead or Principal IAM Architect experience in Fortune 500 or hyper-scale enterprise preferred.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures identity migrations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise IAM architecture standards for SSO, IGA and directory services.
• Evaluate vendor SoWs and migrations (e.g., ADFS to Okta).
• Design hybrid/multi-cloud IAM bridges across on-prem AD/ADFS and cloud platforms.
• Implement ZSP and JIT access patterns with PAM and CIEM.
• Collaborate with Security, IT Operations, HR and App Development; document architectures and best practices.
