Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in IAM to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot a broad set of enterprise IAM solutions. You will work with Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Entra ID governance, and related tools to serve clients across industries.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals, translate business needs into technical specs, and help implement governance, RBAC, and access management across complex environments. EY offers a hybrid work model and robust rewards.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Cloud (EIC) or Saviynt solutions.
Experience with Entra ID Governance (Azure AD governance).
Understanding of RBAC, role lifecycle governance, and entitlement modelling.
Familiarity with SoD, access reviews, and regulatory controls in IAM.

Responsibilities

Design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions for Enterprise Employee access.
Configure connectors, workflows, forms, and third-party integrations.
Implement and manage IAM tools including AD, Entra ID, LDAP, SSO, MFA, and SCIM.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver IAM outcomes.
Provide guidance on policy management and governance frameworks.
