Job summary

EY in Dallas is seeking a Senior Consultant to shape and deliver Enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions. You will design, implement and maintain IAM programs using Saviynt and SailPoint, while guiding stakeholders and ensuring secure access governance across complex environments.

The role blends hands-on IAM engineering with strategic advising in a hybrid work model, including travel for client engagements and collaboration with global EY teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with SailPoint IIQ/ISC or Saviynt EIC or similar IGA platforms.
• Experience with joiner/mover/leaver processes and access reviews.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical IAM specifications.
• Travel willingness for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineering, and troubleshooting of IAM solutions across the IAM spectrum.
• Develop Saviynt/SailPoint policies and connectors, and integrate third‑party tools.
• Configure MFA, SSO, AD/LDAP, and RBAC across environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical delivery.
