Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals to address global security challenges and align security management with business goals.

The role combines technical delivery with client engagement and a hybrid, client-facing environment. You’ll work with Saviynt, SailPoint, Entra ID, and related IAM technologies, delivering policy, connector, and workflow

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IGA platforms.
• Experience implementing SailPoint IIQ / ISC or Saviynt EIC.
• Understanding joiner, mover, leaver, certifications, and access requests.
• Experience with access reviews, entitlement governance and provisioning workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Travel flexibility for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain IAM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Develop Saviynt/SailPoint policies and connectors.
• Configure connectors, workflows, certifications, and access requests.
• Leverage AD, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, and SSO.
• Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders.
