Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot a diverse range of Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will collaborate with talented professionals to apply cutting-edge tools and tackle security challenges, aligning security management with business goals through IAM services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with one or more leading IGA platforms such as SailPoint IIQ/ISC or Saviynt.
• Experience with identity governance, access reviews, and RBAC.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Proven collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions across environments.
• Configure connectors, workflows, and integrations with enterprise IAM tools.
• Implement, manage, and optimize IAM permissions and access controls.
• Transform business requirements into technical specifications for delivery.
• Leverage AD, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO in solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to align security management with business goals.
