Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will collaborate with esteemed professionals to address security challenges in a global environment.

The role requires translating business needs into technical specs, configuring Saviynt/SailPoint solutions, and integrating AD, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO within client environments. Hybrid work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with one or more IAM platforms such as SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint ISC, Saviynt EIC, or Saviynt.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and application teams.
• Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure IAM policies using Saviynt and SailPoint IIQ.
• Set up connectors, custom rules, and third‑party integrations.
• Manage and maintain IAM tools across client environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Leverage Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, and SSO.
