Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain and troubleshoot a broad Enterprise IAM portfolio. You will implement Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC and Entra ID governance with integrations to AD/LDAP, MFA and SSO, guiding client teams through complex IAM challenges.

You’ll translate business requirements into technical specifications, drive governance programs and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple client engagements in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or ISC and Saviynt EIC or similar IGA platforms.
• Experience with joiner/mover/leaver, access reviews, and entitlement governance.
• Knowledge of RBAC design and role lifecycle governance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical IAM delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain and troubleshoot IAM solutions for enterprise environments.
• Configure connectors, workflows, forms and access request processes.
• Leverage AD, Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, MFA and SSO in IAM design.
• Define entitlement ownership, risk frameworks and governance controls.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to implement IAM strategies.
• Produce clear documentation and support regulatory/compliance needs.
