Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced IAM leader to define and modernize enterprise access controls across traditional and cloud environments. You will drive role-based, attribute-based, policy-based, and segregation of duties models while establishing scalable cloud entitlement management.

Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Cloud Security, and business stakeholders to reduce risk, improve visibility, and enable the bank’s cloud transformation at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or access management.
• Experience with ISO, NIST, FFIEC, COBIT, CSA for SoD.
• Experience implementing RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, JIT, Runtime in large financial services/banking.
• Designing Cloud Permission Models & Entitlement Analytics across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Led enterprise IAM transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Data analytics using scripting (Python/SQL) and tools (Splunk, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Experience with Automation, AI-enabled solutions & workflow optimization.
• Strong collaboration with Architecture, Engineering, Cloud Security, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Modernize enterprise access control capabilities across traditional and cloud environments.
• Drive adoption of RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and SOD controls within enterprise and cloud environments.
• Establish cloud entitlement management practices that reduce risk and entitlements sprawl.
• Partner with IAM, Security, Technology, Product, and LOB teams to drive modern access models.
• Translate technical access control concepts into actionable executive outcomes.
• Lead cloud access strategy across AWS, Azure, GCP and SaaS platforms.
