Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an IAM Controls Specialist to strengthen access governance, risk posture, and regulatory alignment across End User Access Management and Application Services. You will collaborate with GIS, GT, CST, and regulators to design, implement, and scale identity controls for AI-enabled and cloud-native platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IAM/I GA, hands-on IAM cloud experience, and proficiency with AD, Entra ID, SailPoint, Ping Identity, and analytics tools to drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Identity Governance & Administration or IAM
• 5+ years implementing and governing IAM cloud solutions
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, SailPoint, Ping Identity
• Experience with AI-enabled platforms and cloud-native services
• Familiarity with IAM standards and Zero Trust concepts
• Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI)

Responsibilities

• Maintain QA documentation, audit artifacts, processes, and training materials.
• Lead QA governance for End User Access Management and Application Services.
• Manage exceptions to IAM standards with risk justification and approvals.
• Ensure regulatory, legal, and risk compliance of systems; escalate as needed.
• Support SDLC initiatives with validation, testing, and risk signoff.
• Collaborate with GIS, GT, CST, GCOR, internal/external regulators on IAM controls.
