Job summary

Vector Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Texas-based hyperscale data center. The role leads construction operations with emphasis on electrical scope, team leadership, and overall project execution.

You will manage all phases of hyperscale construction, train crews, build client relationships, and drive safety, quality, and performance. The position requires strong communication and a proven track record in large-scale data center projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with electrical data center projects preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Electrical and/or Underground construction crews.
• Support contract negotiations, proposals, budgets, and specs.
• Partner with engineering on design, scope, and execution.
• Manage schedules, budgets, quality, and change orders.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets; oversee financials and forecasting.
• Cultivate client relationships and resolve cross-functional issues.
