Job summary

Vector Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Texas-based hyperscale data center. The role leads construction operations with emphasis on electrical scope, team leadership, and overall project execution.

You will manage all phases of hyperscale construction, train crews, build client relationships, and drive safety, quality, and performance. The position requires strong communication and a proven track record in large-scale data center projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction.

• Experience with electrical data center projects preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Our client, a respected leader in the construction and infrastructure industry, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Texas-based opportunity supporting high-profile hyperscale data center projects. This role will lead construction operations with a strong emphasis on electrical scope, team leadership, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing all phases of hyperscale data center construction, including the ability to lead, train, and develop construction crews. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned construction leader who can build strong client relationships while driving safety, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop Electrical and/or Underground construction crews
• Support contract negotiations, proposals, budgets, and project specifications
• Partner with engineering on design, scope, and execution
• Manage project delivery, including schedule, budget, quality, and change orders
• Build and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Oversee financials, accruals, forecasting, and estimating activities
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve escalated cross-functional issues

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, including senior-level leadership of construction teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Electrical Data Center projects preferred
• Proven ability to lead contract negotiations, develop business plans, and drive financial performance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera; PMP certification is a plus
• Ability to perform field/site visits as needed

Compensation

DOE ($180K-185K annually)
