Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Project Executive – Data Center Construction to lead a major hyperscale program in Texas. You will own the campus, direct multiple project teams, and operate at the executive level with a demanding client, delivering from preconstruction through turnover with a relentless focus on safety, schedule and profitability.

This 1A leadership role requires 15+ years in commercial construction, a track record on $500M+ projects, and strong client communications.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects or multi-building programs.
• Track record across full project lifecycle from preconstruction to turnover.
• Experience managing senior project teams and multiple workstreams.
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
• Proven commercial, contractual and financial leadership.
• Experience on $500M+ projects in hyperscale data centers or similar environments.
• Ability to lead as the senior figure across a major campus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major multi-billion-dollar data center program.
• Manage multiple project teams and senior construction professionals.
• Deliver from preconstruction through construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Maintain executive client relationships at the highest level.
• Oversee project strategy, schedule, budget and commercial performance.
• Lead risk management, procurement, contracts and major trade partners.
• Coordinate across buildings, phases and workstreams.
• Develop and lead a high-performing project organization.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and profitability.
