Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead development of large, multi-discipline cost estimates and construction schedules for water infrastructure projects world-wide. The role requires coordinating many discipline teams and supporting major capital programs, with strong hydropower and water treatment project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of combined estimating and construction experience.
• Experience with hydropower, water treatment, wastewater, pumping systems, or major water infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate development of multi-discipline cost estimates and construction schedules.
• Coordinate input parameters for estimates and schedules across disciplines.
• Prepare basis of cost estimate reports and site-specific estimating criteria.
• Lead and mentor estimators, interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
• Support procurement, change management, and risk analyses for projects.
