Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead large, multi-discipline cost estimates and schedules for hydropower and water infrastructure projects. You will coordinate discipline estimators, review drawings, and engage with design teams across domestic and international projects.

The role requires 10+ years in estimating, experience with hydropower, water treatment, and major water infrastructure projects, and proficiency with tools like InEight, Sage, Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in an estimating and construction role.
• Experience with hydropower, water treatment, wastewater treatment, pumping systems, process mechanical systems, or major water infrastructure projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the timely and complete development of multi-discipline cost estimates and construction schedules.
• Lead collaboration with other estimators for development of cost estimates and schedules.
• Develop detailed estimates for water treatment processes, pumping stations, pipelines and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate input parameters for cost estimates and construction schedules.
• Coordinate and compile information from all estimating disciplines into one cost estimate.
