Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead multi-discipline cost estimates and construction schedules for large infrastructure projects worldwide, with a focus on water and hydropower facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years in estimating/construction roles.
• Experience with hydropower, water/wastewater projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate development of multi-discipline cost estimates and schedules.
• Coordinate input from various estimators; validate takeoffs and quantities.
• Develop estimates for water treatment, pumping, pipelines, dams, and hydromechanical systems.
• Prepare basis of cost estimate reports and risk analyses.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders; lead constructability reviews.
• Support procurement, change management, and claims negotiations.
