Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural or Structural Engineering.
• PE license is required.
• Around 10 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel (domestic/international) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design hydraulic structures for flood control and water projects.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with multi-disciplinary groups.
• Prepare scopes of work, budgets and project schedules.
• Forecast workload and manage budgets and schedules.
• Prepare contract documents and review drawings and specs.
• Support construction with shop drawing reviews and RFIs.
• Inspect existing structures and prepare assessment reports.
• Present technical results to teams and clients.
• Identify failure modes and perform risk analyses.
• Manage large or multiple projects and ensure quality deliverables.
• Contribute to business development and recruiting activities.
