Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to develop comprehensive solutions for customers within Hybrid Infrastructure. This is a field-based pre‑sales role that collaborates with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to act as a trusted advisor and expand CDW services.

You will lead architecture assessments, define strategy, and create statements of work, while building strategic partner relationships and guiding solution architects across multiple families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years in a technical pre-sales or delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of Hybrid Infrastructure architectures and solutions.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decisions.
• Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to design solutions and translate technical requirements into business value.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop assessment and service solutions including architecture and deployment services.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and sales to define strategy and create SOWs.
• Analyze technical and competitive factors to align solutions with customer needs.
• Maintain strategic relationships with customers, internal teams, and leadership.
• Build partnerships and maintain three partner certifications.
• Own territory strategy and engage with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple solution families.
• Lead outreach, enablement, and coaching for solution architects.
• Develop and deliver training content for teams and broader audiences.
