Job summary

CDW is seeking a Consulting Solutions Architect (HI) to develop comprehensive security solutions for customers in a field-based, pre-sales capacity. You will provide consultative guidance, scope offerings, and foster strategic relationships to grow the Hybrid Infrastructure services business.

Responsibilities include designing architectures, drafting SOWs, and maintaining partner certifications while collaborating with sales and delivery teams to ensure customer success and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery roles; or 12+ years in related roles.
• Self-starter, motivated, and able to work with minimal guidance.
• Domain expertise across technology architecture, products, and solutions offered by the company.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams including sales and delivery.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop architecture and advisory services for CDW customers, including assessments, optimizations, and health checks.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to plan strategy and author SOWs.
• Analyze customer goals and craft comprehensive solutions addressing long-term requirements.
• Maintain strategic relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth.
• Mentor other solution architects and enable the field with best practices.
