Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to join the Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) group in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on multidisciplinary design, development, and integration of missile flight simulation systems, supporting tactical software development, testing, and delivery to the warfighter.

You will contribute to all stages of product development, leveraging Altium, Creo Schematic, Xilinx Vivado and advanced test gear while ensuring schedule and cost alignment and maintaining U.S.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• 8+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate missile flight simulation systems as part of multidisciplinary teams.
• Create test interfaces, cabling, schematics, and circuit designs for production and engineering tests.
• Manage technical scope, cost, and schedule for assigned projects and drive issue resolution.
• Collaborate to implement test products and address integration challenges.
